Garage floor coating
A diamond-ground epoxy base, decorative flake and a polyaspartic topcoat, installed in about two days. The most popular floor we do, and the one that brings us the most referrals.

Every winter your garage floor gets a fresh load of road salt, gravel, slush and de-icer dragged in on the tires, then hot rubber sitting on it after a highway drive. Bare concrete absorbs all of it, which is why it pits, dusts and stains. Paint and DIY kits sit on top of that surface and peel the first time a hot tire lifts them.
Our garage system starts with diamond grinding so the epoxy base bonds into the slab rather than onto it. Flake is broadcast to full refusal to hide dust and scuffs, and the polyaspartic topcoat gives you a surface that hoses off, does not yellow in the sun coming through the door, and stands up to a truck parked on it every night.

Best for
Our process
We check moisture, existing coatings and cracks, then confirm the plan and timeline before any work starts.
Industrial grinders with dust extraction open the concrete to a profile the epoxy can bite into.
Cracks, pits and control joints are filled and ground flush so the finished floor is seamless.
A pigmented epoxy base is rolled on and left to cure to the right window for flake.
Vinyl flake is broadcast to full refusal, then scraped and vacuumed once cured for an even texture.
The clear topcoat locks the flake in and cures fast, so you are parking again within a couple of days.
Pricing
Final pricing depends on square footage, the condition of the existing surface and the finish you choose. In-person assessments are free within our service area.

From our customers
We hired Midwest Armour Solutions for a full epoxy coating in our commercial shop, and they knocked it out of the park. Zero shortcuts, top-tier materials, and their crew was professional from start to finish. They even worked around our schedule to avoid downtime. The floor looks sharp and holds up against forklifts, spills, and heavy equipment. Saskatchewan needs more companies like this.
Fast, clean, and built to last. 10/10 experience! I had Midwest Armour coat our basement floor, and the entire process was seamless. They explained everything clearly, did a full grind and prep (which most other guys skipped), and gave me a rock-solid finish that doesn't scratch or stain. Bonus: it even has that subtle flake shine that looks amazing under lights. I've already recommended them to two neighbours.
These guys are the real deal. Professional, honest, and the floor looks unreal. I had them coat my shop floor out on the farm, and not only did they travel out without hassle, but they also prepped everything perfectly and had it done faster than expected. The floor is solid, non-slip, and holds up against oil, mud, and daily use. Best part? It still looks brand new months later. Hard to find this level of workmanship these days.
