Rubber paving

Resurface cracked concrete without tearing it out

Recycled rubber poured and troweled straight over your existing driveway, patio, pool deck or walkway. Slip resistant, soft underfoot, and made to move with freeze-thaw instead of fighting it.

What rubber paving is

Rubber paving is a blend of recycled rubber granules and a polyurethane binder, mixed on site and troweled over the surface you already have. It bonds to concrete and asphalt, follows the existing grade, and cures into a seamless, textured surface.

Because it is flexible, it moves with the ground through spring thaw and deep freeze instead of cracking the way rigid concrete does, and it resurfaces slabs that are stained, spalled or already cracked without the cost and mess of demolition.

  • No tear-out or disposal
  • Slip resistant, even when wet
  • Flexes with freeze-thaw movement
  • Water drains through rather than pooling
  • Colour options to match your home

The install

How it goes down

Most driveways are done in a day or two. The existing slab stays where it is, so there is no demolition, no haul-away and no waiting on new concrete to cure.

  1. Clean and prime

The existing surface is pressure washed, repaired where needed and primed for bond.

  2. Mix on site

Rubber granules and binder are mixed in the colour you chose.

  3. Pour and trowel

Applied by hand at a consistent thickness and finished smooth.

  4. Cure

Foot traffic within a day, vehicles once fully cured.

What people say after the job is done

We hired Midwest Armour Solutions for a full epoxy coating in our commercial shop, and they knocked it out of the park. Zero shortcuts, top-tier materials, and their crew was professional from start to finish. They even worked around our schedule to avoid downtime. The floor looks sharp and holds up against forklifts, spills, and heavy equipment. Saskatchewan needs more companies like this.

Fast, clean, and built to last. 10/10 experience! I had Midwest Armour coat our basement floor, and the entire process was seamless. They explained everything clearly, did a full grind and prep (which most other guys skipped), and gave me a rock-solid finish that doesn't scratch or stain. Bonus: it even has that subtle flake shine that looks amazing under lights. I've already recommended them to two neighbours.

These guys are the real deal. Professional, honest, and the floor looks unreal. I had them coat my shop floor out on the farm, and not only did they travel out without hassle, but they also prepped everything perfectly and had it done faster than expected. The floor is solid, non-slip, and holds up against oil, mud, and daily use. Best part? It still looks brand new months later. Hard to find this level of workmanship these days.
