A waterproof, UV-stable coating system for concrete patios, steps, balconies and deck surfaces. Slip resistant when wet, easy to sweep, and it will not fade or peel like deck paint.
Outdoor concrete gets the worst of every season
Patios and steps sit in direct sun all summer, then freeze, thaw and freeze again all winter. Water gets into the surface, expands and the concrete spalls. Deck paint and sealers slow that down for a season or two, then peel.
Our outdoor system puts a UV-stable, waterproof topcoat over a ground and bonded base, with slip-resistant texture built in. It sheds water instead of soaking it up, does not chalk or fade in the sun, and sweeps clean. Concrete is the ideal base; wood and composite decks are assessed on site, since the surface has to be solid and dry for the coating to bond.

Our process
How a patio or deck gets done
Inspect and moisture check
We confirm the surface is sound and dry enough to coat and look for spalling or drainage problems.
Grind and clean
Old paint and sealer are ground off and the surface is profiled for bond.
Repair spalls and cracks
Damaged areas are patched and feathered so the finish is even.
Bonding primer
An exterior-rated primer ties the system to the concrete.
Colour, flake or quartz coat
Your chosen finish goes down, with texture broadcast for grip.
UV-stable topcoat
A clear, non-yellowing topcoat seals it all and gives the slip-resistant surface.
